1.Features

The output capacity of this system is designed for the raw water of 25°C. If the temperature of the raw water is higher or lower than 25°C when actual operation, the capacity is subject to change accordingly. In addition, the change of the quality of the raw water will also influence the output quality and capacity, which will be explained separately later.

2.main components

RO filtration,fresh water replacement and electrical control.

3.procedure

The feed water was firstly filled into sediment filter, then feed into the RO system after pressurized by high pressure pump. The permeate water was feed into the permeat tank and the concentrate water was discharged or recovered. When stop operation, the equipment should be cleaned by fresh water replacement system.

4. operation

This RO should work under the stipulated conditions. Please check whether the raw water quality meets the feed water requirement or not. If the feed water doesn’t conform to these requirements, it will result in the permanent irrecoverable pollution and damage of membrane. Pollution and damage caused by this situation will not be guaranteed.
